buzzworthy INSPIRED IN MONTCLAIR, CRAFTED IN KENTUCKY Montclair THE DOUGHNUT BURGER IS A THING DAN CAMPEAS, owner of STUFFED GRASS FED BURGERS, was already buying all his burger buns from MONTCLAIR BREAD COMPANY, and thought that swapping out regular bread for one of their famous doughnuts would make for a bold, sweet-and-savory combo. And? Campeas says that the result, the simply-named “Doughnut Burger,” is quite a popular menu item. Grass-fed beef is stuffed and topped with cheddar cheese, bacon and served on a glazed doughnut ($12.95). But you can have any of the burgers on the menu served on a doughnut, if that’s how you like them.
