1. Decide what your focus is going to be. Every successful business has one go to product or service they provide, so you’ll want to establish exactly what your business will be doing.
2. Write your company’s mission statement. Tell the public what you will be doing.
3. Decide your target audience, meaning “Who are your products/services intended for” or “who is going to buy/use what you’re going to provide.”
4. Establish what type of business you want it to be. A Partnership, a Proprietorship, an LLC, or a Corporation. Your decision on which type of business plan you go with depends on how big you want your business to be.
5. Figure out how you will be getting your products/services out there to get customers.
