Every second, technology is reshaping how we live, work, and age. At the School of Business, researchers are developing tech-driven solutions to improve healthcare affordability, accessibility, and quality of life for ageing societies.

Building Sustainable Healthcare Systems In the field of healthtech, Professor Nafis Alam has been studying the emergent area of digital health and how it can make healthcare more affordable and accessible. With expertise in fintech research, he leads an interdisciplinary team studying how digital health and financial technologies can strengthen healthcare financing in South and Southeast Asia.
The study also explored how policymakers can build patient-friendly digital health ecosystems.
