requirements and application processes, therefore, it is important to understand
the travel requirements to Malaysia.
You are required to pay the Student Pass application fee for one semester or for
two semesters in full, depending on the duration of your study, upon accepting
your exchange or study abroad offer. The fee includes the following:
•
•
•
•
•
Processing fee
Student Pass fee
Medical and health insurance
Health screening
i-Kad
* You are advised to be certain in accepting your exchange or study abroad offer as the Student
Pass application fee is non-refundable.
Within seven days of arriving in Malaysia, you will have to undergo a post–arrival
medical screening and submit your passport to the International Student Pass
office at Monash Malaysia for an official Student Pass endorsement
in your passport, which allows for multiple entries into Malaysia. This is
a compulsory requirement of the Malaysian Immigration authorities.
Please ensure you are familiar with the Student Pass and visa requirements
before arriving in Malaysia. For more information, visit
