After you’ve completed your workout, reward yourself with a taste of AVEO Table + Bar’s now-famous Nutella Crunch French Toast, which was featured on the Hallmark Channel earlier this year. But AVEO isn’t the only must-try eatery; the new Bourbon Steak Orange County, A Michael Mina Restaurant is now open for business. In this issue, we’ll introduce you to Bryan Brown, the executive chef of this renowned hot spot that was voted Orange County’s best restaurant shortly after its grand opening (page 42).
