We ended the summer with giving back to the community. Our second school supply drive was a success, we collected approximately $1000 in school supplies to help support the teachers of Johnson Middle. Our moms provided everything from pencils and staplers to paper towels and hand sanitizer Thank you to those who donated! The school was very appreciative of our generosity.

Take your “first day” pictures the Sunday before school starts. I already had the outfits laid out and it was like a practice run for the boys. Plus, I got better pictures than actually rushing on the first day of school. The mornings are always way too rushed to try to capture the moment. Also, I was able to enjoy the first day of school and not worry about photographing the entire event.
