Cookie dough dip

Ingredients:

1.5 C chickpeas

2 tsp vanilla extract

1/8th tsp baking soda

2/3 C brown sugar

1/4 C almond milk

1/4 C peanut butter

1/2 C chocolate chips

Directions:

Add chickpeas, vanilla, baking soda, brown sugar, and milk to a food processor/blender. Blend until smooth, then add peanut butter and blend, blend, blend! Last, mix in chocolate chips.

You can eat right away but I would refrigerate for a few hours.

Ideas for dipping:

Pretzels

Nilla wafers

Graham crackers

Oreos

Ginger snaps

Or just a spoon :)
