‘Freezer’ Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tbs milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
4 cups all-purpose flour
1.5 cups milk chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix together butter, sugar & brown sugar.
3. Add egg, milk, oil and vanilla - mix until fluffy.
4. Add cream of tartar, salt, baking soda and flour, mixing as you add
.
5. Add chocolate chips and mix by hand.
6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
7. Drop spoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet pans.
8. Bake for 12 minutes
9. Makes 5-6 dozen. Store in freezer and eat cold!
