SELF-TRANSFORMATION Through AWARENESS !

Many people seek personal

transformation , but not many achieve the desired change in their life . A lot of help is available online , and plenty of self-help and self-improvement material is readily available . Despite all this help , many people fail to achieve the goals and struggle to understand the real underlying cause behind the struggle . A better way to approach this is by exploring the dimensions beyond the Body and the Mind ’ s mundane experience .
Let ’ s discuss the three layers of our being : Body , Mind , and Awareness . 1 . The Body : since our first contact with any external object is through the 5 senses , and we tend to identify this as our only experience and dimension . We start identifying ourselves with these objects and make them part of our life . Everything that is registered in the Mind begins with the physicality and experiences provided by the five senses . The sensory input is the first step and a gateway towards creating the ego-mind . If we do not improve our Awareness beyond the Body ’ s experience , then anxiety , fear , and pain become part of our lives . Due to the objective nature of localized experience , we also tend to create fragmentation between other lives in the community . Practicing meditation to achieve a more profound meaning of Awareness can help us shift from this layer to the next deeper layer of higher awakening .
2 . Mind : Though all the sensory input is at the front of
the mind-body construct , everything is recorded , summarized , interpreted in Mind , then sent out to the Body , making every cell bound by the Mind . The Body is a projection of the Mind . The “ l ” is produced by images , thoughts , feelings , and emotions by mindbody construct . When we turn our focus of attention from physicality to Mind , our Awareness starts improving . We get a clear picture of the world around us , understanding the nature of the true self . Living with Mind ’ s experience , we move deeper into our Awareness , but since it is still based on past images and memories , it is not free from the Mind-Body construct , commonly known as ego-mind . When we start meditating , we go deeper layer of our being and start living closer to our Awareness .
3 . Awareness : this is the innermost layer of our being . It is boundlessly , unlike the Mind and Body . It is not captivated either by images and memories of the past or any worries about the future . It is only available at the moment and thus not attached to any worldly experiences . It is capable of giving clarity and focus towards the Mind and the Body construct . It is this place that we can create any reality based on our deeper awakening with our Awareness . Bringing it all together , when we want to achieve a real change in our lives , we need to seek better clarity to look at ourselves beyond just the experiences created by the construct of the Mind and the Body . Only through this realization towards Awareness , the real transformation is possible .
