Spinach Salad with Strawberries & Toasted Walnuts

INGREDIENTS
1 bunch of fresh spinach 1 medium peeled and sliced avocado
4-6 sliced strawberries , can also add blueberries
½ cup of crumbled feta cheese ½ cup of chopped and toasted walnuts Ground pepper to taste
BASIL DRESSING :
¼ cup red wine vinegar 2 cloves of garlic minced 3 tbsp chopped fresh basil leaves 1 tbsp sugar ½ cup of olive oil ½ tsp salt ½ tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
Rinse the spinach and pat-dry . Tear into medium-sized pieces . Place spinach in a medium salad bowl with avocado slices and strawberries over the top . Sprinkle with feta cheese . Cover and chill until serving time .
DIRECTIONS
Combine vinegar , garlic , basil and sugar in a small bowl and mix . Add olive oil , and whisk until well mixed . Season with salt and pepper to taste .
Serve : Add basil dressing and toss until well coated . Sprinkle walnuts and pepper .
