Located at 2471 Gulf Freeway , Pinnacle Park is one of League City ’ s most prominent shopping centers . The center ’ s development has been overseen primarily by John Meador , who acquired Pinnacle Park in 2013 .
Pinnacle Park is the location of multiple chamber members like Blackbear Diner , Little Bella Mia , The Toasted Yolk Cafe , Abuelos Mexican Restaurant and Fairfield Inn & Suites . Meador says 90 % of businesses in Pinnacle Park are chamber members .
Manish Maheshwari , manager of Little Bella Mia , describes Pinnacle Park as having a diverse range of restaurants , with Little Bella Mia ’ s being Italian . “ We are a made-from-scratch authentic Italian restaurant ,” Maheshwari said . “ We are family friendly and we are a good place for kids , adults or a date night .”
Maheshwari describes joining the chamber as “ a great business to business networking opportunity .” It really helps us have community outreach and meet other small businesses , nonprofits , and hospitals ,” Maheshwari said . “ The chamber helps us connect with the community .”
Tammy Peoples , manager of Blackbear Diner , is proud to run a diner she describes as a high-quality Americana food and family oriented .
“ Our breakfast is phenomenal ,” Peoples said . “ We are very people oriented and friendly . We are basic
Americana comfort food , specializing in breakfast but we do serve breakfast , lunch and dinner . Our biscuits are as good at 6 pm as they are at 6 am .”
Peoples is proud how Blackbear Diner serves large portions of quality food . “ We know people work hard for their money so we want to make sure people get what they ’ re paying for ,” she said . “ As far as what makes us unique , we were developed out of California , and our League City location is one of the largest locations in the company . We really have a cabin-esque atmosphere .”
Peoples spoke on the benefits of joining the chamber . “ It ’ s important to support the community . The chamber is like the pillar that keeps us all connected . Peoples said one of the major benefits of being located in Pinnacle Park is the businesses being able to help support one another . “ We kind of feed off each other when it comes to the businesses ,” Peoples said . “ While people are waiting for food , they might go to another store in Pinnacle Park to get a crepe or cup of coffee .”
The Toasted Yolk Cafe has experienced great popularity as a breakfast and lunch cafe in Pinnacle Park . “ We are a fun place for breakfast , brunch and lunch with a full bar , large portions with an amazing taste ,” said Emily Young , Community & Catering Director for The Toasted Yolk Cafe . “ Well not only can you order an amazing drink with your meal , but
