Ms. Santarsiero has participated in and
facilitated several Women in Leadership
events in her 18-year tenure.
Jessica Miraglia, Esq.
Jessica Miraglia, Esq. is a criminal
defense attorney and court-
appointed counsel in Luzerne
County. Ms. Miraglia represents
individuals who are charged with
crimes and cannot otherwise afford
defense counsel. Additionally, she
is an adjunct professor at Luzerne
County Community College.
