Breaks Ground in Jessup
Trammell Crow Company broke ground on a 90.05-acre parcel of land in the Valley
View Business Park that it purchased from the Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building
Company (SLIBCO) in late 2018 for the construction of a new one-million-square-foot
speculative distribution facility. SLIBCO is the industrial development affiliate of the
Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce.
