Cider Works recently received a gold
medal in the Specialty Mead—Semi
Sweet category in the inaugural Mead
Crafters Competition, sponsored by
the National Honey Board. Space
Time Mead & Cider Works won for its
Peach Methomel, which was created in
collaboration with Honey Hole Winery.
Scranton’s Cedar Iron District
Signage Unveiled
United Neighborhood Centers of
Northeastern Pennsylvania (UNC)
recently unveiled new signage as
part of its ongoing revitalization
effort to rebrand the South Scranton
neighborhood along Cedar and
Pittston Avenues as the “Cedar Iron
District.” This new sign marks the
geographic entrance of the historic
district and welcomes travelers from
downtown Scranton to South Side.
Northeast Title & Tag Opens New
Location
Northeast Title & Tag recently
celebrated the grand opening of
its 12th office in Bradford County.
The business has locations in seven
counties throughout northeastern
Pennsylvania and is the largest
privately-owned title and tag agency
in Pennsylvania.
