Lyndsay J . Grady of Moscow was recently hired as the workforce development and special projects coordinator at the Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce .
In this role , Grady will focus on joint economic and workforce development strategies through the Chamber and its affiliates , including the Scranton Lackawanna Industrial Building Company ( SLIBCO ), The Scranton Plan and Skills in Scranton . She will focus on the development of workforce strategy and planning , as well as the integration of these initiatives with economic development activities , further promoting the Chamber ’ s overall mission of attracting , sustaining and growing businesses within Lackawanna County .
Grady holds a Bachelor of Science in administration and organizational leadership from Keystone College and is working toward a Master of Professional Studies in organization development and change management from the Pennsylvania State University . She has previously worked as executive director of Workforce Wayne / Northeast Innovation Alliance and also serves as an adjunct professor of business at Lackawanna College .
