Educators in the Workplace program creates connections between K-12 teachers and businesses

the Workplace program, area education
professionals are now equipped to
answer that question based on both

The program gives area educators
necessary first-hand experience with
local businesses so that they understand
the skills needed to succeed in today’s
workforce. Businesses can also promote
employment opportunities at their
respective organizations to ensure the
growth of a talent pipeline.
Eligible educators include teachers
from kindergarten through grade 12,
guidance counselors, administrators,
and career and technical education
instructors. Businesses that fit the
industry criteria are also encouraged to
apply to become a business host.
