INSTRUCTIONS
Combine the mangos, purple onion, green
onions, red pepper, yellow pepper, jalapeno
peppers, lime juice, cilantro, and salt and
pepper in a bowl and mix well. Chill and cover
for 8-12 hours.
Serves with chips or as a salad on lettuce
leaves.
For more spice add hot red chili pepper flakes.
In the mood for seafood: Add 8-10 medium to
large cooked shrimp.
If watching your sugar intake, remember
mango is a natural high sugar fruit, so only
serve 1 to 1 ½ cup per person.
Yield: 6 to 10 servings
