MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT / CEO
Dear Chamber Family ,
The month of July is one of great significance on both a personal and professional level for our chamber and city .
This month sees a great many events taking place . We will be having our third Dining Dutch with yours truly at Mamacitas Mexican Cantina , which I am quite excited about . This month will also have another insightful event on stress management , and the beginning of our Thought Leadership Series . July will then conclude with our highly anticipated Business Expo , which will showcase our phenomenal businesses and provide a wonderful opportunity to network and bid at our live and silent auction !
On a personal note , July marks the two year anniversary of me serving as your League City Regional Chamber of Commerce President and CEO . It was in 2019 that I arrived with excitement and vision for our magnificent chamber of commerce . These past two years have been some of the best of my life , as everyday I come to our chamber with passion and love for the work I do . For more than 730 days , the efforts of your chamber ’ s new leadership and staff have only led to exciting exponential growth for your region ’ s conduit of commerce .
Words cannot describe how proud I am of the direction our chamber is going . To think of how our chamber was even just a year ago seems like a different time of a different chamber . I am very grateful for all we have earned during my time here . It is only up from here Chamber Family !
As July looms , let us make this a time to continue enjoying all our amazing city has to offer . From our amazing nature sites and kayaking to all the amazing businesses and hotels , your League City Chamber is proud to be the conduit for commerce and summer time fun during this prosperous season .
I wish our community a happy Fourth of July and a phenomenal summer to our region . The time is now to enjoy one ’ s summer and remember we are Stronger Together .
