Poblano Cream Pasta with Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
1 / 2 small chopped onion
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 1 / 2 lbs pealed and deveined shrimp
1 tbsp butter
1 jar Roasted Parmesan Poblano Sauce ( 24 oz )
1 / 4 cup chopped parsley
Parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
Fettuccine pasta , boil enough for 2-4 people
DIRECTIONS
Sauté the onions and garlic in butter . Stir in shrimp for 2-3 minutes . Will turn pink in color , don ’ t over cook .
Stir in your favorite local grocery store roasted parmesan poblano sauce .
Add in the fettuccine pasta and mix well until hot .
Place a helping on a plate or bowl .
Garnish with parsley & sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese if you would like . Ready to serve and enjoy . It ’ s delicious !
