Kemah Boat Lane Parade - Dec . 12 , 6:00 PM . Ring in the holidays with the 59th Annual Christmas Boat Lane Parade , The parade features more than 60 brightly decorated power and sailboats that will traverse the Clear Lake channel from the South Shore Harbour Marina and the Nassau Bay Lagoon to Galveston Bay Best locations for PUBLIC VIEWING : Kemah Boardwalk ; Both Sides of Kemah / Seabrook Channel ; Nassau Bay Lagoon ; South Shore Harbour Marina ; Clear Lake Shores ; Davis Road Canal / Constellation Pointe . This event for viewing is FREE Holiday in the Gardens & Festival of Lights Moody Garden ( Galveston ) Tickets range from $ 14 - $ 19 . This event runs from Nov . 21 – Jan , 2 , opening at 6:00 PM . ** Masks will be required .
