Shrimp Casserole
INGREDIENTS
• ¼ cup butter
• ¼ cup flour
• ½ tsp. salt
• Dash of paprika
• ½ tsp. curry powder
• 1 ½ cups milk
• 3 tbs. catsup
• ¼ cup cooking sherry
• 1 ½ cups cleaned shrimp
• 2 cups BOILED RICE

1. Melt butter; add next four (4) ingredients; stir until
smooth
2. Add milk; cook and stir until moisture thickens and
boils
3. Add catsup, sherry, shrimp; mix well
4. Combine with rice in a 2-qt. casserole
5. Bake in hot oven (425°) 20 min.
