Elizabeth Cloninger, MD, FACOG, joins Houston Methodist Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates at St. John Houston Methodist St. John Hospital announced today that obstetrician-gynecologist Elizabeth Cloninger, MD has joined their Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates specialists and will begin seeing patients at her new Nassau Bay office on May 1, 2017. Cloninger joins Sri Gottimukkala, MD; Asia Mohsin, MD; Francoise Vandaele, MD; Tristi Muir, MD and Michael Magliolo, MD at their practice, located across the street from the NASA Johnson Space Center at 2060 Space Park Drive, Suite 410, in Nassau Bay. Cloninger is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and her practice serves women throughout the many stages of their lives – from adolescence, pre-pregnancy and pregnancy to menopause. “I am excited to be a part of Houston Methodist Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates at St. John,” Cloninger said. “I’ve been practicing in the Clear Lake area for many years and I look forward to continuing to offer superior health care to my patients. I am especially pleased to be affiliated with Houston Methodist St. John Hospital and to have access to the hospital’s beautiful new Women’s Health Services & Childbirth Center.” The Childbirth Center features spacious, private labor, delivery, recovery and post-partum suites, as well as a neonatology partnership with renowned Texas Children’s Hospital, which provides board-certified neonatologists around-the-clock to care for high-risk infants. In addition to caring for patients, Cloninger will also serve as Medical Director of Houston Methodist Obstetrics & Gynecology Associates at St. John. “Dr. Cloninger is an excellent physician who is well respected by her peers and we are extremely pleased that she will be leading our obstetrics and gynecology program at St. John,” said Dan Newman, CEO.
