SHRIMP CASSEROLE. Try this
INGREDIENTS INSTRUCTIONS
¼ cup butter Melt butter; add next four (4) ingredients; stir until smooth
¼ cup flour Add milk; cook and stir until moisture thickens and boils
½ tsp. salt Add catsup, sherry, shrimp; mix well
Dash of paprika Combine with rice in a 2-qt. casserole
½ tsp. curry powder Bake in hot oven (425°) 20 min.
1 ½ cups milk Makes four (4) servings
3 tbs. ketchup
¼ cup cooking sherry
1 ½ cups cleaned shrimp
2 cups BOILED RICE
