Easter Dirt Cake
• 1 Pkg. Oreos
• 1- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
• ½ C butter (softened)
• 1 large container Cool Whip
(16 oz.)
• 2 boxes Instant White Chocolate
or Vanilla pudding (prefer White
Chocolate)
• 3 C milk
• 1 tsp vanilla
• Easter Candy (including bunnies
and edible grass)
1. Crush 2/3 package of Oreos,
spread in bottom of 9x13 pan (set
aside)
2. Mix cream cheese and butter
until smooth
3. Mix in powdered sugar and
fold in Cool Whip (set aside)
4. In separate bowl, mix pudding, milk and vanilla
5. Fold this mixture in with the cream cheese mixture and pour
over crumb mixture
6. Sprinkle with the reserved crushed Oreos
7. Let set for a few hours and keep refrigerated until ready to
serve.
8. Decorate with Easter candy and edible grass
