Planting the seeds of INTENTIONS in the space BETWEEN TWO THOUGHTS

There are many techniques to access the power of pure potentiality , the ability to create our new future based on our desires . One of the tools is to train oneself with the new process of self-help or self-improvement . Although it looks pretty cool to learn something new , I often ask myself : does it add to our benefit or add more conditioning to our personality , limiting our possibilities for new opportunities .

There are many new techniques for self-improvement , corporate training , online classes ; however , has it achieved the desired outcomes it supposed to create ? Are we more productive , more engaging , fulfilling in our life in general ? If not , we need to look up a tool to help us bring on these results .
Of course , the technical training is critical to complete our role , but what about our quality of life ?
Research shows that people are stressed , not
engaged , less productive , and more dependent on external agents to feel relief from stress . Stress comes from automated responses based on our past conditioning . Knowing oneself , the conditioning , and our pattern of responses to others shows us that we need to break free from this cycle of the same results .
How do we get through this hurdle ? Do we need to be aggressive about our goals ? Or do we need to be more subtle with our intentions to sow the seeds of infinite potentialities ?
The inherent quality of our awareness is effortlessness and subtle . When we realize that we need to improve our quality of awareness , the next obvious question we ask : how can I access it and improve ? The answer is straightforward : we all have it within us . The awareness is sitting in the heart of silence and space between two thoughts . We can access the space between thoughts by simply going silent periodically every day for a few minutes in the morning and a few minutes in the evening . In these quiet times , we do not respond to anything and do not fall prey to our thoughts , desires , and patterns , often based on our past conditioning and memories .
This practice of sitting quietly with oneself brings on access to the new potentialities , helping us break free from our old automated responses , giving us new choices of improved responses resulting in a new reality . When we practice quietness for several days , then weeks , and months , we slowly turn inwards , become our authentic selves , not affected by other ’ s opinions and flatteries , and move forward with our genuine intentions . This entire process helps free us from our conditioning trap , becoming more real selves and not affected by objects surrounding us .
Finally , the first step is to realize that we are falling prey to the old patterns yielding the same results . The next step is to start sitting quietly to access the silence of new potentialities that gives access to the tool to break free of old habits . Then sow the seeds of subtle intentions between the space of two thoughts to manifest your dreams into reality .
