Hey Girls,
Some months are harder and more
challenging than others and this has been
one of those months. Whether it be the
pressure of upcoming exams, challenges with
your family or friends or your own internal
voice telling you that you are not good
enough - it can sometimes feel like it is all
just too much.
Last month was one of those for me and
while I have no magic solution to get you
through it, I can tell you that you will. Just
remember to be kind to yourself, take time
out to just chill out in your room listening to
your favourite tunes, meditating, reading a
book, chatting to friends or doing whatever it
is that helps you find some peace.
Oh, and the other thing (which I often forget
to do) is remember to BREATHE. That may
sound crazy as we sorta need to breathe
to survive but breathing really deeply, right
into the core of your body is essential for
your well-being. Give it a try and I bet you
will notice how different it is to your ‘normal’
breathing. It always always helps me to get
back to my place of peace and calm.
