National Gallery of Victoria (NGV) This year the National Gallery of Victoria is showcasing forty-nine talented young artists in what is the twentieth year of the Top Arts exhibition. The range of media used by this year’s students including multimedia, painting, printmaking, photography, drawing, installation, 3D imaging and a digitally produced graphic novel.
