world nutella day Is it safe to say we have all been caught with our spoon in the Nutella jar? Yummm right! Well here a few Fox fav’s to tempt your tastebuds. Dippin Amazing 1 cup of Plain Greek Youghurt 1 cup of Nutella Chopped fruit for dipping So super simple to make. Put it in a bowl and mix it up. Chop up your favourite fruit and arrange around the bowl to look spectacular. Grab a fork and just try to hold back! Hot Nutella 1 tablespoon of Nutella (big and heaped and gooey) 1 cup of warm/hot milk Again, we make it oh so simply. Just stir a whopping big spoon of Nutella into a nice hot mug of milk. Yum. For an extra treat pop in a marshmallow. Nutella Gooey Cake For the Cake 1 (18-1/4 ounce) Dark Chocolate Cake Mix 1 large Egg 1/2 cup butter, melted For Filling 8 oz cream cheese, softened 2 large eggs beaten 1 cup Nutella 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups powdered sugar Instructions 1. Heat oven to 325° F and lightly grease 13x9-inch pan 2. Using an electric mixer, combine cake mix, 1 egg and melted butter until well incorporated. This is the fun part. Press it all into bottom of greased pan with your fingers. 3. Now for the filling. Using an electric mixer, blend, cream cheese, 2 beaten eggs, nutella and vanilla. Then slowly and powdered sugar and beat until smooth. 4. Spread filling over cake batter, and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until edges are brown. (Do not overbake, the center should be a little gooey) 5. Dust with powdered sugar on top after cake has cooled.
