Billie and her husband Gary have lived in Mohave County for almost 40 years . They have both worked in Real Estate related fields for the majority of that �me .
Billie started in a Real Estate Appraisers office in 1993 . She is the owner and broker of Hiser & Co , is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser , and is registered with the State as a Property Tax Agent . She is a Cer�fied Distressed Property Experts ( CDPE ) as provided by the Distressed Property Ins�tute and cer�fied by NAR as Short Sale Foreclosure Resource ( SFR ). She has done Disaster Inspec�ons contracted through FEMA . She runs a media publishing company , and holds federal licensure as a gun manufacturer .
When she ’ s not working real estate , Billie is o�en found baking in the kitchen or playing outside with the grandkids . Billie tries to keep up with poli�cs without ge�ng too involved . Not one to keep her mouth shut , Billie is not afraid to stand up for what ’ s right and fight for it if necessary .
