STEP AND AEROBIC WORKOUT

This class provides the best of both step and floor aerobics combined.
Cardiovascular benefits of aerobics are known to enhance the dynamics
of a normal workout rou ne and this effec ve, high‐energy class is
designed to increase the heart rate, tone and firm muscles and burn
away unwanted fat. Special emphasis is placed on leg, abdominal and
bu ock muscle groups.
Instructor J.J. Harris takes par cipants through a vibrant and energe c
workout that tones the body as you exercise to great music and have
fun!
Bing a towel, a water bo le and portable steps. Steps are provided if
needed.
DAYS/DATES: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, December 29 through
January 23
TIME: 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays and
9 to 10 a.m. Saturdays
AGES: 16 and older
COST: $25 per four week period
