4-hole base plate for MT-70 and MT-80 girder to concrete only. Meant to be installed with the Hilti Thread Forming Bolt.

1 ASTM A1011 / ASTM A1018 HSLAS Grade 50 MOD is an enhanced version of ASTM A1011 / ASTM A1018 HSLAS Grade 50 with Fu >= 470MPa and Fy >= 355MPa
