For
Model
Lisa
Jahr,
the
light
at
the
end
of
her
tunnel
of
fortune
was
a
modeling
express!
“It
was
just
like
riding
a
fast
train
to
the
world
of
modeling,”
she
explained.
“I
had
a
good
friend
talk
me
into
a
photo
shoot.
He
then
sent
the
pictures
to
a
well
known
photographer,
who
sent
them
to
a
modeling
agency
that
called
me
the
next
day
and
asked
me
to
sign
a
contract
with
them.
This
all
happened
in
a
week.
Crazy!
This
?rst
photo
shoot
was
September,
2012.”
The
next
year,
Lisa
accepted
her
?rst
serious
modeling
assignment.
“ I n
M a y ,
2 0 1 3 ,
I
interviewed
and
was
given
my
?rst
job
which
was
for
a
TV
commercial,
billboards
and
website.”
Lisa,
who
admits
she
used
to
be
camera-?shy,
said
her
current
modeling
experiences
have
drawn
her
more
into
modeling.
“All
of
my
experiences
have
been
posiAve
and
fun
so
far.
In
the
past,
I've
always
hated
having
my
picture
taken;
but
this
is
di?erent.
It's
fun!
You

Aiming
towards
commercial
and
adverAsing
shoots,
Lisa
said
she
also
loves
arAsAc
photography
projects.
“I
would
love
to
land
more
commercials
and
model
for
sporAng
goods
ads.
But
I
also
love
the
creaAvity
in
photo
shoots.
I
thrive
on
creaAvity.
“
For
beginning
models,
Lisa
argues
that
models
should
rely
on
their
own
self-?con?dence
to
move
them
forward.
“There's
always
someone
that
will
tell
you
that
you're
not
pre]y
enough,
tall
enough,
thin
enough...ignore
them.
Just
have
con?dence
and
give
it
100%.
Con?dence,
alone,
is
beauAful.
Just
