declared

winner

with

receiving

GUIDELINES
1.
There
is
no
entry
fee
for
this
contest.
Entries
must
be
sent
to
[email protected]
(Halloween
Photo
must
appear
in
subject
line)
no
later
than
midnight,
September
25th
for
consideraNon).
2.
By
submission,
entrant
grants
the
right
for
Modern
Model
Magazine
to
publish
and
display
the
image
in
the
magazine
and
in
announcements,
promoNons
and
adverNsements
relaNng
directly
to
the
contest.
Copyright
remains
with
the
image
creator,
and
submiOer
must
either
hold
the
copyright
of
the
image,
or
aOest
that
he/she
has
permission
from
the
copyright
owner
to
submit
the
photo
for
consideraNon.
3.
Winner
is
based
solely
on
the
selecNon
of
the
magazine’s
staff
or
designated
judging
party.
All
selecNon
decisions
are
final.
4.
Winner
will
be
asked
to
provide
a
mailing
address
in
order
to
receive
the
printed
Magazine
copy.
The
$50
first
place
prize
will
be
delivered
in
either
a
money
order,
debit
gic
card,
or
via
Paypal
account,
at
the
choice
of
the
winner.
5.
Prize
will
be
awarded
to
the
submiOer,
based
on
the
understanding
and
agreement
that
the
submiOer
has
permission
to
submit
the
image
based
on
the
entry
agreement
language
below.
Prize
may
be
remanded
if
the
winner
is
determined
to
not
have
agreement
or
permission
to
submit
the
image.
SubmiOer
will
be
responsible
for
any
dispute
rising
out
of
permissions
to
use
the
image
once
the
image
is
submiOed
and
accepted.

In

event
that
an
entry
is
rejected,
the
submiOer
will
receive
a
brief
noNce
of
rejecNon
via

explaining
briefly
why
the
photo
was
rejected.
