I met up with a photographer at the Populace Café
in Bay City, MI., and was amazed by the shop’s
beauty and stylish layout. When I asked the barista if
they made hot chocolate, she responded without
hesitation, that they offered the “best” hot chocolate.

After tasting the hot chocolate, I realized this wasn’t
idle pride – it was indeed the best hot chocolate I have
ever tasted. If you are ever in Bay City, MI and you
want great coffee, great customer service, and a setting
that makes you feel right at home, stop by the
