Nestled among the beautiul scenery of Phoenix, Arizona, Photographer Philip Carnevale has learned to appreciate the beauty of nature, animals, and people through the camera's lens.
"Photography has always been a hobby of mine, but it was my wonderul wife, Natalia, that noticed I had a gift, " he explained.
Philip, who said his wife has encouraged him since he started pursuing his interests in photography, said he has continued to enjoy positive experiences throughout his photography career.
"I greatly enjoy nature photography. Capturing majestic animals in such a calm and peaceful environment is exciting. The beauty that comes across in the photographs is ultimately up to me."
The challenge of capturing the photo as it happens has helped build experience and skill, Phillip said.
"I can’t ask the bird to reschedule a session because it flew too fast over my head. The rams that are taking a morning nap can’t be asked to tilt their head up at an appropriate angle. What I catch is raw nature," he offered. "It is not to say I do not photograph people. However, my favorite pieces of people are also candid and un-posed. Candid and natural is what pushed me to create Philip Carnevale Photography."
Philip who said his dream is for the rest of the world to see his photographic abilities, said his greatest experience to date was an offer to shoot for a national publication.
"My most positive experience as a photographer has been receiving the great honor to be asked to shoot for National Geographic," he said, adding that he continues to expand his interests as he gains more experience. "As a photographer, I like to work in all kinds of fields. I provide beauty, glamour, fashion, headshots, portrats, maternity, nebrown, wedding, engagement, nature, boudior, event and corporate."
