HOME, SWEET HOME

In this edition, we decided to stay closer to home, and highlighted some of our local models and photographers.

I think that it is important to honor our roots, and find ways to support and benefit our local businesses and organizations.

As a member of the modeling industry, you are always given the opportunity to be a great ambassador for your home community. When people look at you, and see your positive efforts, determination, and professionalism, you cast a bright, glowing beacon that shines all the way from the stages and runways that you grace, back to the front steps of your community.

As you speak about events and causes that are important to you, whether it is ending animal cruelty, or feeding the poor, your causes become important to others. It is often said that one person cannot change the world. I believe, however, that one model, photographer, mua, or designer can.
