CASUAL LUNCHTIME TEXAS STYLED LOBSTER ROLL
We started our meal with appetizers of Prince Edward Island
Mussels and Ahi Tuna Tartars. For our main courses, we selected
the Ginger, Miso, White Soy Marinated Line Caught Swordfish
with Basmati rice, cashew, green apple Madras curry nage. In
addition we has the Scallops with Cauliflower Three Ways cauliflower puree, roasted cauliflower, raw cauliflower salad. Our
final entree was the Pan Seared Scottish Salmon with braised bok
choy, green curry nage, and red curry foam. The sides were three
Cheese Mac & Cheese, Brown Butter Roasted Cauliflower,
Braised Bok Choy, 8
Pommes Dauphine, Garlic Sautéed Spinach and Ginger with
Onion Basmati Rice.
THE MOST INVENTIVE FRESH SUSHI IN TEXAS
We returned for lunch to share a Sashimi Platter of Salmon,
Escolar, Himachi and Tuna. Then we tried the Bama Sushi Roll
with Crab and Tuna before a Rainbow Dragon Roll of Eel, Crab,
Pineapple, Avocado and Salmon.
