Dye, The Black Pearl is Roatán’s
first and only championship golf
course. The 18-hole, 7,200-yard
course is set within the island’s
rolling hills and is ideal for golfers
of all levels.

Signature dishes served at Las
Pergolas Restaurant & Bar include
Fish Tacos, Ceviche Medley (fresh
catch served in three versions)
and Butter Poached Lobster. The
menu showcases local lobster,
shrimp, stone crab and an array
of fresh fish including wahoo,
snapper and grouper. The menu is
updated seasonally.
The restaurant offers a total of 140
seats, including 3,490 square feet
of indoor seating and1,735 square
feet of outdoor seating. Guests
may also dine at the underground
wine cellar, which offers a private
dining area for parties of up to 12
