Executive Chef and owner,
Eddy Thretipthuangsin has
married the traditions of
his families recipes from
his Thailand home with contemporary
culinary skills to create innovative Thai
dishes with a twist. His Thai “Features
Menu” is unlike any Thai restaurant on
this earth. Chef Eddy has created a KIn
Kin Burger with Sticky Rice cake buns
plus the use of Pork Belly,Ribs,Beef
Stew and BBQ Chicken proteins.
The Braised Pork Belly appetizer
was the hit of the night. No other Thai
restaurant is so inspired by the urban
vibe of Thai culture to experience your
new favorite Pad Thai.
According to Chef and his
mom, who works beside him in the
kitchen,”our passion is simple: “Life is
full of flavor and Kin Kin Urban Thai
gives you an opportunity to relish
every bite.
We were passed an array of
standard appetizers such as the
handmade Dumplings, Chicken
Meatballs and Bangkok Shrimp. What
made them exceptional was the Duck
in the Dumplings,the texture of the
meatballs and the sauce that covered
those precious Shrimp Bangkok style!
The only Chef in town that comes
close to this menu is my girl Uno
Immanivong,the sexyist Chef is Dallas
with her creative Asian inspired fusion.
The unique menu starts with
their version of a Thai burger made
of Certified Angus Beef , Sticky Rice,
Romaine Lettuce, Tomato, Pickled
Onion, Garlic Cilantro Soy Glaze. It is
recommended to be paired with a
libation from the Asian-inspired liquid
kitchen.
