How did you drop 75 pounds?

I silenced the inner critic and I began to walk. I’ve always wanted to
be an athlete. They are the few people on the planet I actually
admire. Their dedication astonishes me. The discipline it takes to stay
on top is admirable. So, I began to walk the dog or walk through the
mountains. Everyday. I would walk 1 to 2 miles a day. I felt great. I
am a jazz enthusiast so I would have John Coltrane and Miles Davis
in my ear, the fresh mountain air in my lungs and the journey each
day became therapeutic; it was meditation to me. I threw in the Total
Body Sculpt with Gilad DVD series weekly also. In addition to
walking, I changed the way I ate. I started to read labels and learned
so much about food and how it affected my body. $
