juice. I learned more about additional vitamins but because I wasn’t in
taking the same amount of food I had to take extra vitamins and
supplements to add to my meals in order for meats and that we have
a healthy weight loss but also to have a healthy system.
I am still on my weight-loss journey. I still have 40 pounds to go,
however
I have maintained my 115 pound loss successfully since July 2007. If
I could go back as a 33-year-old and talk to the 24-year-old version of
me I would have said to her, that you should keep going keep trying
to get a trainer, change your nutrition system, do some research,
organize your exercise and eating habits and keep praying. When
people come to me about what I’m doing, how I’m maintaining my
health, what I’m eating, how often I eat, what I take to supplement my
diet, I tell them that it all began with a decision to change my life for
me.
I get a good laugh when it comes to family gatherings and holiday
time in other things like that because my family sees mean juicing
blending in all those things in the think I’ve become a vegetarian. I
only go vegan a few
times a year and it’s part of the day go fast it’s a spiritual journey for
me as well as a detox for my own health.
