I never said to myself “no chance” but I
thought “phew if I do, wow, he is tough
to beat”. And, to be honest, on the day
everything worked out perfectly and I
managed to get a gap in the sprint. I
got onto Robbie’s wheel and managed
to win the race which was great for my
confidence.
