While reading this, you are either just about to enter South Africa’s second biggest
cycling event, the Momentum 947 Cycle Challenge, or you have finished it and

are reflecting on your performance. One of the ways in which to improve your

time next year is to get some race time between then and now. Modern Cyclist

that your race training for the upcoming Cape Town Cycle Tour is well planned.
