Winding down and resetting
For Natalie, a successful day isn’ t about finishing a checklist; it’ s about having a real impact.“ Did I help somebody solve a problem today? Did I move somebody closer to their goal post?” She asks herself these questions at the end of every day. If she can answer‘ yes,’ she knows it’ s been a good one.“ Those days leave me tired but satisfied.”
Natalie manages her work-life balance by staying connected to family and friends. Live music is one of her favorite ways to recharge, and her daughter has been the lucky beneficiary of her pop-music obsessions.“ We’ re hitting all the Sabrina Carpenter and Katseye concerts,” she shares.
