Have they been met?
Absolutely. I am living the dream.
I always hoped to get into the
world of speaking and writing as
a platform for making a positive
influence and contribution. The
fact that people pay handsomely
me to share insights is something
I am grateful for daily.
What types of services do
you offer?
The main offering is keynote
presentation, training workshops
and full-day strategy facilitations.
Do you provide services
nationally?
Yes and overseas too. We have an
office in New York as well as Sydney
so I spend a lot of time in the US.
What would you say to
someone looking for a
business consultant and what
advice would you give them?
Make sure there is a high level of
trust and affinity. Go with your gut
to start with because consultants
need to understand more than your
business – they need to ‘get’ you too.
It always pays to do your homework
too – make sure you speak to some
past clients of a consultant to get a
sense of their reputation and work.
With consultants, it is horses for
courses and no consultant can be
everything to everyone. Make sure
you do your research to ensure you
get a good fit.
Have you written a book? If so,
please tell us a bit about what
business owners can get out
of it.
I have written 5 books over the past
2 years and the one coming out in
early September is probably the one
I’m most excited about. Over the last
year or so the focus of my research
has been on how high performing
business build and maintain
momentum over the long haul. My
new book released in September
called “Momentum” summarizes
much of this research and already
the feedback from readers has been
tremendously encouraging!
