Do you have any plans for overseas expansion ? Actually we do . Working with multinational companies means that we current expand our services outside of Australia . In the future I can see that we ’ ll have operations set up in various locations around the world to work with these clients from a more local point of contact .
What would you say to someone looking for a business consultant and what advice would you give them ? The biggest advice I would have is to find someone that you have a connection with . This is the person you want to challenge you , to feel comfortable asking the vulnerable questions . Even if someone has deep expertise , but you don ’ t feel like you have a strong connection .
The other advice I would give is to find someone who is going to have the courage to tell you what you need to hear , not what you necessarily want to hear .
Have you written a book ? If so , please tell us a bit about what business owners can get out of it . I ’ m really excited about my latest book , ‘ Stand Out : A real world guide to get clear , find purpose and become the boss of busy ’. It is based off my current research into what it takes to thrive in a relentless change environment . It is a call to arms to come back to what matters ( purpose ) and to get into action ( progress ) amongst the busyness . This is what it takes to Stand Out in a crowded marketplace .
