Gavin Sequeira
What inspired you to start your
business? What are your goals
and values?
I’ve always been the kind of person
who aspired to live a life full of
choices, where I had the freedom
to choose what I wanted to do and
when. What I found with my corporate
career was that whilst I had the
money to do most of the things I
wanted to do, I didn’t always have the
time and this was always a struggle
for me. I was never really in control
of my schedule, which could change
from week to week, especially with a
demanding role that involved travel
and working with international teams
and various timezones.

I have 5 main values I practice all the
time and these define who I am as a

everyone around me
So I began to look for options on
how I could make my vision of living
life on my terms a reality and this
led me to get into my own business,
mainly because it meant I could do
something I was truly passionate
about and derive an income that
would allow me to create the lifestyle
I aspired to, and best of all - I would
be in control.
What was the driving force
behind your decision to
specialise in this area of
business?
I’ve always enjoyed working with
people and I have an insatiable
appetite for seeing others succeed.
By sharing my experience and
that which I have derived from my
mentors, I hope to inspire people
from all over the world that are facing
the same struggles as I did. This is
why I chose to specialise in the area
of helping people transition from the
corporate world to their own business
and being their own boss.
It’s my own personal journey and by
me helping others get through their
individual journeys, I am helping
people achieve not only their financial
goals, but to reach for their potential
and live a more fulfilled life
One of my goals is to have positively
impacted the lives of at least
1,000,000 individuals globally - all of
whom would have taken the decision
to one day quit their day job, become
entrepreneurs and create the life
of their dreams through their own
business. I know the ripple effect of
this will be massive and changing one
life can mean transforming a family,
a community and hopefully inspires

What types of customers do you
help? What experience do you
have helping small business
customers?
I work with individuals that are
entrepreneurial and have a passion
to grow. You can see it in their eyes.
They have a certain spark about
them that says they are driven to
achieve more out of life. They will
go against the odds if needed and
adapt themselves to succeed in their
chosen career and business. I love
working with these people because
they are open-minded, coachable
and want to continue growing and
expanding.
I have worked with hundreds of
small business owners over the
years, either coaching them on the
business fundamentals, marketing,
sales, admin, or simply getting their
mindset in the right place. Some
have been very successful and others
just finding their way. Each of them
possess that special quality of giving
it a go and doing their best. Most of
them have started with very little and
except a dream and a desire to make
it happen.
Do you service other sectors as
well?
My main focus is on helping small
business owners, particularly in the
early stages of their growth as so
many of these individuals have to
make tough decisions like whether
to go full time in their business - i.e.
quit their day job or find other ways
to make ends meet while they get
