Fresh from Commonwealth Games gold, Sinesipho Dambile is proving he has the speed to mix it with the world’ s best in Budapest.

There is a gentleness to Sinesipho Dambile that is easy to miss when he’ s flying around a 200m bend.
Often international sprinters have a reputation for arrogance and aggression. But there’ s none of that in the soft-spoken Dambile off the track.
He prefers a quieter life that involves time with family and friends, relaxing and, whenever possible, switching off from athletics completely.
That balance may be one of the reasons Dambile has been able to handle the rapid rise that has taken him to the top of the Commonwealth Games podium and into the upper reaches of the world rankings.
