The nutrition myths we need to stop believing

Every year a new wave of nutrition advice sweeps through gyms, group chats and social media feeds. Some of it is solid science. A lot of it is noise. And in between? A graveyard of half-truths that have been repeated so many times they have started to feel like fact.
As a personal trainer and sports nutritionist, I spend a significant portion of my time not just telling clients what to eat but unravelling what they have been told to fear. So let us take on three of the biggest offenders right now: the war on carbohydrates, the energy drink debate, and the rise of intermittent fasting.
