Taking the sport around the country is super exciting to grow brand equity and community reach , making it the most accessible fitness racing sport in South Africa with the ability to plug into the main universities nationally , with future plans of intervarsity competitions .
Fitness Racing for me is more than a sport , it ’ s a lifestyle , it ’ s a community and Deadly Dozen will certainly fit that mould . Training for Deadly Dozen can be done from home garage gyms to functional fitness gyms , from CrossFit Boxes to traditional gym chains like Virgin Active and Planet Fitness !
Personally , I am crazy about the format , the shorter runs excite me , the outdoor racing is magical and the movements are way tougher than expected .
Deadly Dozen is now applying its trade in the USA , Canada , Australia , United Kingdom , Mexico , and now South Africa with more global uptake during the course of 2025 !
